When a young boy growing up in Tijuana falls prey to violent street gangs, his family sends him to live with friends in America. He realizes his dream of becoming a US Marine to serve his adopted country, but when he sacrifices himself to save his Marines in Fallujah, his mother is left to fight for the honor his actions deserve.
